I don’t know why we make the mistake of making reservations for ONLY one night. We always ask to extend our stay, and they are always booked… and I know why!!! What a great boutique hotel. Beautiful rooms, views of the river, and right in the heart of a small quaint town.
The room service is excellent. The bed is SO comfortable. The turndown service includes two freshly made chocolate chip cookies and mini-milk-jars of milk… along with comfy slippers and cozy robes.
The spa will bring up a variety of bath therapy kits. I usually get the serenity kit. Relaxing oils, bath fizz, facial mask, body scrub, and lotions. The bathrooms are AMAZING. Huge jet/whirlpool tubs, heated marble/tile floors, great shower.
This is a great weekend getaway spot. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, and relaxing vacation.
